Storm Damage Demolition in Plainedge

The severe storm pushed a significant amount of groundwater into this Plainedge property. The Before Photo shows substantial water damage, a one-foot high water line on the damaged wall. SERVPRO brought in a dumpster to store and remove the discarded carpeting, drywall material, and some house contents. The After Photo depicts the flood-damaged rooms dry with studs and framing ready to be sprayed with an antimicrobial agent because of the contaminated nature of stormwater.
