Fire Damaged Levittown Home

The electrical short from the pump in this exotic aquarium resulted in the fire damage shown in the Before Photo. Our SERVPRO crew did the relocation of the tank very carefully to avoid damage. We removed the carpet to reveal the hardwood oak floor beneath. The controlled demolition was minimized to lessen the materials and labor for the build back, which our crew performed. The slight charring of the planks was removed by sanding and refinishing the wood. Our customer decided to keep the hardwood flooring since we did such a good job of refinishing it to its former glory.
