Water Damaged Office in Levittown

The crew from SERVPRO arrived at this water damaged office building in Levittown and promptly set up water extraction equipment. (See the red hose.) Our goal was tp protect and preserve the furnishings, electronic devices, assemblies, and structural materials from water damage. As shown in the After Photo, the glued-down carpeting lifted and required removal. Notice the desk furniture in the room with dense foam pads to prevent rusting of the metal legs. The removed floor coving and drywall allowed for rapid drying of the wall voids and thus prevented mold growth. Within a few days, we achieved our goal of drying the interior and preparing the offices for reconstruction, "Like it never even happened."
